At Nuventra, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived defective or damaged
  • The item was lost due to our shipping error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

If tracking confirms the package has not been delivered, we will investigate with the shipping carrier and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If tracking shows the package as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Nuventra is not responsible for reimbursement or replacement.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct before placing an order.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.
